Dave Friedman of ResultsByDave.com has created a rich and diverse real estate practice that puts clients' needs, wants and special accommodations before anything else. His secret: getting his clients what they want with the least amount of hassle at the best price.

He works with home buyers and sellers in traditional sales and purchases, estate sales (probate and trusts), cash offers, and off-market properties. Dave is also certified in Pre-Foreclosure and Short Sale Transaction by the National Association of Realtors.

He is a recipient of the Dave Lindahl Gold Award for creating over $1,000,000 of equity in one property. Dave recently was honored for the third year in a row as the top-producing real estate agent in his KW Porter Ranch office.

Real estate has been a passion of Dave’s since 1989. It began during a 25-year career in manufacturing, which included real estate purchases for the company, followed by years of helping friends and family members acquire investment properties. In 2010, he launched 818MyHouse.com. He rebranded it a few years ago changing the business name to ResultsByDave.com, a more accurate representation of his goal for each home purchase, sale or transaction: definable, measurable results.

As a professional real estate consultant, Dave addresses clients' concerns with creative, out-of-the-box solutions that help them achieve their dreams. Having worked closely with probate and estate planning attorneys, he is well-schooled in the procedures and protocol that must be followed. His knowledge, combined with his experience and people skills, has allowed Dave to develop workable solutions for clients in a wide variety of situations.

Over the years, he has served on a variety of community and nonprofit boards of directors. He currently serves on the COPS (Californians Organized for Police Support Foundation Board), which runs and funds the LA County Sherriff’s band. He is a past president of the Greater Van Nuys Rotary Club, which is involved with local and international service projects. Dave served on the board of Hillel and is a recipient of the City of Los Angeles Award for Giving Back for his work helping Hillel CSUN, Valley College and Pierce College Students.
